What to Include When Reporting a Bug
To help us understand and fix the issue, please include:
- Your iPhone model or Android device model.
- Your iOS or Android version.
- Your SalahGuard app version.
- A clear description of the problem.
- The steps you followed before the issue happened.
- Screenshots or screen recordings if possible.
Family Controls Issues
If you report a Family Controls or app blocking issue, please also mention whether Family Controls permission was granted, whether apps/categories were selected, and whether the problem happened during an active prayer period.
